Amazing view from the window, overlooking the multi-track approach to Hakata station. Great variety of train passing regularly. Because of how the station and depots are located, you will see the Shinkansen on both Kyushu and Sanyo lines; as well as most standard gauge trains. This includes services such as Mizuho, Nozomi, Sakura, Hikari, Tsubame, but also Relay-Kamome, Midori Express, Ten Huis Bosh, Sonic, Yufuin no Mori, and many others. These run from around 4am to around 12am, however, more exotic train sets only run just a few times a day, so make sure to check the timetable to catch them. Don't expect any trains zooming by at high speed, though, they slow down significantly for junctions before the station. In this area, street lights illuminate the track at night too, so you can clearly see the freight trains that occasionally pass at night. Some rooms overlook the track, while others face the other direction; we requested a train-side room in advance, and the staff kindly fulfilled our request. The window is wide enough to see around 200-250m of the track, more than enough to enjoy the trains. The hotel appears to have installed an extra layer of windows to further isolate the noise from passing trains, which works great. If you seal all windows correctly, there is barely any noise to be heard, and it never disrupted our sleep throughout our two-week stay. The room was a bit tight, however, it was equipped with a VERY spacious Japanese-style bathroom (large bath + huge shower in one watertight room). Desk space was limited, but the bathroom features a large table with lots of shelves, which can be used to store or arrange your things. Breakfast was tasty and offered a moderate variety of food. The staff was kind and assisted us with minor requests without any issues. 5 minutes 30 seconds walk to Hakata station.

the breakfast buffet was superb. (they served salads, soups, curry, rice, viands such as eggs, sausage, pasta, coffee, cereal, tea, dessert was matcha mochi and brownies, drinks were orange juice, matcha, kale smoothie) it did saved us some bucks having able to eat well in the morning. the room was nice, especially the bathroom was spacious. the coffee corner available at the lobby was also exceptional. location wise its a 5 mins walk going to the train station and there were convenient stores nearby. room was quite small but manageable, housekeeping is nice in days we didnt want our room cleaned, they would leave a bag of fresh towels, bath mats and coffee plus the daily bottled water allowance. they also have water dispenser at the lobby along with the amenities you are free to get (ex. hair net, bath salts, razors, toothbrush, etc) Overall, we recommend staying here.

The hotel was located in close proximity to the Hakata station enabling easy access to the transport hub, which was our primary reason for selecting this accommodation. The surrounding area also provided plenty of restaurants for meal options. Our room was small, but very clean, however the bathroom, shower and toilet amenities were comparatively larger. Overall, the facilities were of a really good standard.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the station. Very convenient, right in front of the train tracks. Check in is on the first floor and there are amenities there. The staff was very friendly. The room was normal, the coffee was very good, the bathroom with shower and toilet very good and comfortable. The price was great so no room for complaints. Air purifier and yukata included.

The amenities of the hotel were fully available right at the counter. More or less grab as much as you need. And the rooms, while small, do come with a luxurious Japanese bath. And that adds points for me. I find the location of hotel to be top notch. It's strategically positioned to be close to JR Hakata as well as other properties that directly connect to the station.
